Please read these terms before using the site or placing an order. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time by posting changes on this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept them.
Our online store is operated by Mary Grace through our website and ecommerce service providers.

By agreeing to these terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence. You agree not to use our products or site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, and not to interfere with the site's operation or security.
Section 2: General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. Payment information is encrypted during transfer. You may not reproduce, copy, or resell any part of this site or its content without our written permission.
Section 3: Products
Mary Grace products, including mahjong tiles, racks, mats, and hosting collections, are designed with care and often produced in small batches. Our tiles are printed and finished by hand in part, so slight variations in color, placement, and finish are a natural part of the product and are not considered defects. We make every effort to show colors accurately, but screen displays vary and we cannot guarantee that what you see on your device matches the product exactly.
Some items are limited in quantity and may sell out. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or change product descriptions and pricing at any time.
Mahjong sets contain small pieces and are not intended for young children.
Section 4: Pre-Orders
From time to time, including for our seasonal collections, we may offer items on pre-order. Pre-order items will show an estimated ship date on the product page. While we work hard to meet that date, manufacturing and shipping timelines can change. If a delay occurs, we will contact you by email with an updated timeline. Pre-orders may be cancelled for a complete refund within 24 hours of purchase. After that, pre-orders are final, unless your order has not shipped within 14 days of the estimated ship date, in which case you may cancel for a complete refund.
Section 5: Pricing and Orders
Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to contain pricing or product errors. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order. If we change or cancel your order, we will notify you using the email or phone number provided at checkout.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information so we can complete your order and contact you if needed.
Section 6: Wholesale and Resale
Products purchased through our retail site are intended for personal use and gifting. If you are a shop, club, teacher, or event organizer interested in wholesale or bulk orders, please contact us directly at shopmarygraceco@gmail.com. We reserve the right to cancel retail orders that appear to be placed for resale.
Section 7: Shipping, Returns, and Refunds
Orders are shipped according to our Shipping Policy, and returns and exchanges are handled according to our Refund Policy.

All designs, artwork, photography, text, logos (including the MG monogram), and other content on this site are the property of Mary Grace and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Our tile designs are original to Mary Grace. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of our designs or content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Section 9: Reviews and Feedback
If you send us reviews, photos, comments, or suggestions, you agree that we may use them on our site and social media without compensation. You agree that anything you submit will not violate anyone else's rights and will not contain offensive or unlawful content. We may remove any content at our discretion.
